Your personal data will be processed in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation; hereinafter: GDPR) in order to carry out the contract described in III and III of the Rules and Regulations of the 12th International Stanisław Moniuszko Vocal Competition and to perform the actions described in III of the Rules and Regulations preceding the making of the contract.
  4. The recipients of your personal data will be providers of hosting, e-mail, website administration and technical support services.
  5. Your personal data will be stored throughout the Competition and thereafter for the following 25 years for archival purposes as required by the Collector’s internal regulations approved by the State Archives (Poland).
  6. You have the right to access your personal data, rectify your personal data, restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to their processing.
  7. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection in Warsaw.
  8. Providing your personal data to the Theatre is necessary to participate in the 12th International Stanisław Moniuszko Vocal Competition.
