You may return your tickets within two months of the date of the concert. If you bought your tickets at the box office, the refund will be made at the box office in the form of payment used for the purchase; if the tickets were bought online, you may receive the refund at the box office or by bank transfer; if you paid for the tickets by bank transfer, you will be refunded in the same form of payment.
In the case of refunds by bank transfer, please send your:
- name and address (as provided in the bank)
- account number
- transaction number (the shorter number displayed under the bar code on your ticket) or ticket in PDF form
- telephone number

Tickets to the cancelled concert are not valid for any other event.
