Dear Audience Members,
despite with all the necessary preventive measures in place to ensure the safety of the Polish National Ballet, we have found it impossible to hold rehearsals for the revival of The Lady of the Camellias. As a result, we made the uneasy decision to cancel the performances scheduled for 11–14 March 2021. We appreciate your understanding and support. All the opera performances, concerts and educational events are being held as planned.
- Refunds on tickets purchased online and paid for using PayU will be credited to the account which was used to make the original payment, which means you do not need to contact us to get the refund. If you would like the refund to be made to a prepaid card, please fill in and submit the prepaid card request form until 9 March. After that date, the refunds will be made successively, within 30 days of the performance date.
