The Magic Flute at the cinemas

The Polish National Opera becomes the patron of the movie The Magic Flute. The film adaptation of Mozart’s famous opera is in cinemas from 21 April.

From the producers of such cinematic hits as 2012, The Day After Tomorrow and Independence Day, The Magic Flute is a tale of a boarding school student who is mysteriously transported into the fantasy world of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s opera, filled with spectacular arias that will fascinate and thrill the audience.

Jack Wolfe, star of The Witcher, delights in the leading role supported by a brilliant cast including Game of Thrones star Iwan Rheon, Oscar winner F. Murray Abraham (Amadeus), opera stars such as Rolando Villazón, Sabine Devieilhe, and Morris Robinson.

The Polish National Opera became the patron of the cinematic take on Mozart’s masterpiece Barrie Kosky and Suzanne Andrade’s production of the opera returns on our stage in May.
