Christmas at the Opera Academy

Get into the festive spirit with Opera Academy. The concert will resound with the most beautiful Christmas music and pieces less directly associated with the holiday season: fragments of Bach’s cantata and oratorios, Mozart, Haendel, Monteverdi, Rossini, as well as Polish and German songs.   

The concert features participants of the Young Talents Development Programme of the Teatr Wielki – Polish National Opera:

– singers: Dagmara Barna, Marta Mika, Magdalena Pluta, Katarzyna Szymkiewicz, Agnieszka Grochala, Marcjanna Myrlak, Katarzyna Szymkowiak, Andrzej Filończyk, Maciej Kwaśnikowski, Jan Żądło, Mikołaj Trąbka, Mateusz Hoedt, Hubert Zapiór, Emil Ławecki, Krzysztof Bączyk, and

– pianists: Grzegorz Brajner, Natalia Czekała, Alicja Tarczykowska, Aleksander Yankevych, Mariusz Kłubczuk. 

With Maria Ślipska on the baroque cello and Krzysztof Garstka on the harpsichord as special guests.
