BeijingDance / LDTX (Lei Dong Tian Xia, literally translated as Thunder Rumbles Under Heaven) was established in September of 2005 as China's first professional dance company founded independently from government. Led by artistic director Willy Tsao, China's foremost figure in modern dance, and deputy artistic director Li Hanzhong, the company gathers dancers with remarkable technique, grit and immense creativity from around China. 

The company's main goal is to intergrate contemporary dance scene in China, promote modern dance as multidimensional art while supporting each artist's individualism and originality.
