Draw your Don Quixote

Józef Wilkoń, the ingenious author of magnificent book illustrations, will take childen on a fascinating journey into the world of fairy tales and the fantastic creatures that inhabit them. While teaching a drawing class, he will share with his students the workings of his imagination and the tricks of his trade. When drawing Don Quixote’s horse Rocinante, does he start from the tail or the mane? Or maybe he does not plan anything at all, just picks up a brush and goes with the flow? Just like he is going to lead the class?

The event is aimed at children between 7 and 12 years of age. Painting supplies will be provided by the organiser. The class will start with a tour of the exhibition Józef Wilkoń: Don Quixote with the artist. The whole meeting will last ca. 2.5 hours.

Please note that an adult must accompany the child throughout the class. Guardians may collect free entry passes from the box office on presenting the child's ticket before the class.
