BMW Jazz Club: New Generations

BMW Jazz Club: New Generations bring together young artists who give music a new dimension and blaze new trails for its development. The audience will be treated to a musical feast concocted of jazz vibes and new technologies. The concert’s artistic director and star, Aga Zaryan, is an award-winning jazz singer-songwriter whose work fuses the best of the jazz tradition and the legacy of such legends as Shirley Horn, Carmen McRea, or Joni Mitchell.

The special guest of the evening, two-time Grammy award winner and a recent music sensation, Jacob Collier is a multi-instrumentalist who works under none other than Quincy Jones and is considered by many as a young genius and a successor to Prince.

The two artists will be supported by Młoda Polska Filharmonia and the European Jazz Sextet. Orchestra arrangements have been devised by jazz pianist and composer Michał Tokaj.
