Here and now: Art Workshops

What did Wojciech Sadley think about when working on his pieces? What did he feel? Where did the idea to use such a wide variety of materials come from? It’s always best to ask at the source. Before the workshops, the artist will give the participants a tour of his exhibition at Opera Gallery. 

Watercolours, paints, fet-tip pens, cotton cloth, even combs. What can you create of all this? Well, yourself! During the workshops we will try to picture ourselves. Here and now. The way we are, the way we develop. Or transform – also into young artists. 

The workshops will be led by Magdalena Gonera and Marta Kowalewska from the Museum of the Textile Industry, Łódź, and are open to children aged 6–14. All the supplies needed will be provided. Tickets: 40 zł. The number of places is limited. 

Please note: Children may participate in the workshops only when accompanied by an adult. Guardians are kindly asked to collect their free passes from the box office before the class.
