Once again, one of the most prominent symphonic ensembles in the world will visit the Polish National Opera. The London Symphony Orchestra, the oldest of London orchestras, is the pride and joy of Britain. The ensemble performs concerts with the greatest conductors and soloists of our times. The LSO has toured all the continents and has recorded hundreds of albums for record labels, radio and TV. It also successfully carries out extensive music education. The evening at the Polish National Opera will be conducted by Sir Simon Rattle, the Music Director of the orchestra and one of the best conductors in the world. He is a legendary conductor, as well as a known admirer and promoter of the works by Karol Szymanowski and Witold Lutowsławski. Our guests will perform compositions by Bartók and Bruckner.
