Fifteen years of Poland's membership in the European Union marked the country's unprecedented development, also in terms of art and culture, giving Polish artists a platform to share their works with wider audiences and participate in European cultural life. For that reason, the anniversary should be celebrated through art as well.
The concert fuses classical and popular music, with the opening Polonaise by Wojciech Kilar acting as the bridge between Beethoven's Ninth Symphony and Radzimir Dębski's contemporary compositions inspired by the current developments in European and international music.
