Celebrate Children's Day with the Theatre Museum and the Artos Children's Choir!

While children are eager to grow up faster, grown-ups would give a lot to feel like a child again. On 1 June you can make these dreams come true, right here, at the Polish National Opera. This Children's Day the Artos Children's Choir will take small, bigger, and grown-up children on a journey into the world of childhood. We will find out why shoes can become tight overnight, why it never rains on demand, and whose bedroom is messy.  

Children's Day is the most most gleeful holiday of the year and the only right way to celebrate it with a bit of rock'n'roll, blues, and fairytale music!

After the concert, songwriter Paulina Chmurska will lead a music workshop to help introduce children to classical music through joyous play with percussion instruments, multicoloured scarves, a ball, and their body, which is the most perfect of all musical instruments. The play will also feature selected theatrical terms, such as 'curtain', 'intermission', 'conductor', 'chorus', 'backstage'.
