They say good film music is unobtrusive, low-key, and does not interfere with the movie. Yet, it should also be memorable, complement the motion picture and create the right atmosphere to evoke emotions in the viewer.

Big Screen Melodies is a carefully selected programme of motifs from such beloved iconic films as The Deer Hunter, The Thomas Crown Affair, La La Land, Léon: The Professional, Breakfast at Tiffany's, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, The Phantom of the Opera, The Umbrellas of Cherbourg, and more. The music is performed by the piano duo Duo Granat & Kreda in Adrian Kreda's masterful arrangements for two pianos.

Accompanied by video projections, the programme is designed to encourage the audience to watch, or rewatch, the film classics and listen to the beautiful, soul-stirring soundtracks that add extra expressiveness to these timeless works. Come to the concert and let the music and films transport you to a different, more relaxing reality for a while.
