§ 1
1. These Terms of Use (‘Terms of Use’) regulate the use of the graphic materials (photographs, posters) available at www.teatrwielki.pl/nc/dla-mediów and teatrwielki.pl/en/nc/for-the-media/ (‘Graphic Materials’).
2. By downloading and using the Graphic Materials you accept these Terms of Use.
3. The Graphic Materials are a property of Teatr Wielki – Polish National Opera (‘Theatre’) and are protected by law, in particular the provisions of the Polish Act on Copyright and Neighbouring Rights of 4 February 1994.
4. By using the Graphic Materials in line with these Terms of Use, you acquire a license as set out in §2 below.
§ 2
1. The Graphic Materials may be used on the Internet (news websites, blogs, vlogs, etc.) as well as in print, in particular in newspapers and magazines, on condition that in every event they are credited to Teatr Wielki - Polish National Opera, with a hyperlink to teatrwielki.pl in the case of electronic publications.
2. Downloading the Graphic Materials is free of any charges.
3. You may resize the Graphic Materials.
4. You may not change the proportions, colours, or otherwise edit or modify the Graphic Materials without the Theatre’s prior consent.
5. You may not publish the Graphic Materials in publications whose content violates the law, legally protected rights of third parties, principles of social co-existence or accepted norms of conduct.
6. You may not make the Graphic Materials available to third parties.
7. The Theatre reserves the right to withdraw the license to use the Graphic Materials without citing any reason. In such an event you must immediately cease using the Graphic Materials.
8. In the event of a breach of any of these Terms of Use, the Theatre will file a court case to assert its rights, in particular a right to compensation for the breach.
9. Any disputes arising in relation to the implementation of these Terms of Use will be heard by the court of law with jurisdiction over the Theatre.
§ 3
1. The Theatre reserves the right to change or amend these Terms of Use at any time.
