A graduate of the Lart Studio and the Dance Theatre Department of the National Academy of Theatre Arts in Kraków, Bartłomiej Gąsior is the recipient of a scholarship from the Kibbutzim College of Education, Technology and the Arts in Tel Aviv and V4 Young Dance Talents held by the Central Europe Dance Theatre. He presented two graduation shows: Bal manekinów directed by Jerzy Stuhr and Bezdech choreographed by Sylwia Hefczyńska-Lewandowska.
In the course of his career, Mr Gąsior worked with Och Theatre Warsaw, Rozbark Dance and Movement Theatre Bytom, Capitol Musical Theatre Wrocław, Jewish Theater Warsaw, Warsaw Chamber Opera, Jaracza Theatre Łódź, Podlasie Opera and Philharmonic in Białystok, Teatr Polski w Podziemiu in Wrocław, and the Polish National Opera.
He performed in Bal manekinów (directed by Jerzy Stuhr), OR ID (directed by Anna Piotrowska), The Tin Drum (directed by Wojciech Kościelniak), The Threepenny Opera (directed by Wojciech Kościelniak), Śpiewak Jazzbandu (directed by Wojciech Kościelniak), Jesus Christ Superstar (directed by Jakub Wocial/Santi Bello), The Magic Flute (directed by Giovanny Castellanos), Maria de Buenos Aires (directed by Wojciech Faruga), The dogs leap on Actaeon (directed by Oskar Sadowski), La Boheme (directed by Barbara Wysocka).
He created two original dance theatre productions: Tefilin (presented at the Shakespeare Festival Gdańsk and Mandala Performance Festiwal Wrocław) and Gwiazdozbiór (shown at the Contemporary Art Centre Toruń and Pro Contra Festival Szczecin, where it won the Grand Prix).
He is a memeber of the GG Movement Directors collective who work on photo shoots, music videos, film productions, TV commercials, fashion videos, and concert tours. He has collaborated with Rosalie, sanah, Brodka, Król, Michał Szpak, Ofelia, Beata Kozidrak, Natalia Przybysz, Natalia Szroeder, Hania Rani, and Tymek. In 20023 Mr Gąsior won two PL Music Video Awords. He devised the choreography for Michał Rogalski's 2021 film Dawid i Elfy.
Recent choreographic credits include Ostatnie dni Eleny i Nicolae Ceausescu [The Last Days of Elena and Nicolae Ceausescu] directed by Wojciech Faruga for the Polski Theatre in Bydgoszcz, Poland.
