Long’s engagements in the 2023/24 season include stage debuts as Rodolfo in La bohème at Santa Fe Opera, Atlanta Opera, Semperoper Dresden, Opéra National de Montpellier, and return to Staatsoper Hamburg, Romeo in Romeo et Juliette with Dallas Opera, Taminoin The Magic Flute at Semperoper Dresden, Edgardo in Lucia di Lammermoor at the Israeli Opera, Il Duca in Rigoletto at Prague National Opera, Gérald in Lakmé at NCPA Beijing.
Future engagements include a debut at the Canadian Opera Company and a return to Bregenzer Festspiele.
Past seasons highlights include a house debut as Tamino in Mozart's The Magic Flute at the Royal Opera House Covent Garden in London, Rodolfo in La bohème with Glyndebourne Festival, Staatsoper Hamburg, Duca in Rigoletto with Bregenzer Festspiele, Prague National Theatre and Staatstheater Hannover, stage debuts as Alfredo in La Traviata with Ópera Nacional de Chile and Teatre Principal de Palma, Don Ottavio in Don Giovanni and Edgardo in Lucia di Lammermoor at the stage of Israeli Opera. Duca in Rigoletto at Oper Frankfurt and Göteborg Opera, Don Ottavio in Don Giovanni at the Dutch National Opera and New Israeli Opera, Alfredo in La Traviata, Tamino in The Magic Flute at Komische Oper Berlin, Don Ottavio in Don Giovanni, Nemorino in L’elisir d’amore, Rodolfo in La bohème and Tamino in The Magic Flute all as an ensemble member of Staatsoper Hannover, a house debut at the Salzburg Festival as Il Capitano in Simon Boccanegra, Rodolfo at Aalto-Theater Essen.
Concert engagements have taken him to the Victoria Hall in Singapore, the Bregenz Festival, and the Nuremberg Symphony Orchestra.
