Natalia Bielecka earned an acting degree at the National Academy of Theatre Acrts in Kraków (2022). She made her professional debut at the National Stary Theatre in Kraków while still a student, covering for the role of Danka in Agnieszka Mandat's production of Pierwiastek z minus jeden. Other acting credits include Królowa śniegu directed by Wojciech Leonowicz (Teatr Bagatela Kraków), Kasandra directed by Zofia Gustowska (Nowe Epifanie Festival, Teatr Soho Warsaaw), R.I.P. KORE. Agon_na _Olimpie directed by Katarzyna Minkowska, Między nami dobrze jest directed by Grzegorz Jarzyna (cover) and Tom na wsi directed by Wojtek Rodak (cover) at TR Warszawa. She also played Desdemona in Wiktor Bagiński's production of Othello (TR Debut Award at the 9th Forum Młodej Reżyserii). She reached the finals of the 15th edition of the Teatr Polska grant programme (Daria Sobik's niezgoda.jpg directed by Justyna Łagowska).
In 2023 Natalia Bielecka performed Falcon in Mariusz Treliński's production of Strauss's Frau ohne Schaten at the Opéra National de Lyon (2023).
She is a member of the Teatr Zagłębia theatre company in Sosnowiec, Poland, where she made her debut as Kobieta z Ulicy Równej in Gniew (directed by Szymon Kaczmarek), followed by appearances in eleven new productions, the most recent being Ziemia Obiecana directed by Maja Kleczewska (2025), which was presented at the International Festival of Pleasant and Unpleasant Arts in Łódź.
