Piotr Maciejowski studied voice at the Poznań Academy of Music under Professor Wojciech Maciejowski. Currently, he is studying for his PhD at the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music, Warsaw under Professor Jerzy Knetig. From 2013 to 2018 he was a member of the Opera Academy Young Talents Development Programme of the Polish National Opera. A prizewinner of a number of Polish and international singing competitions, he has performed with the Polish National Opera, Warsaw Chamber Opera, philharmonic orchestras of Nagoya, Poznań, Opole and Warsaw, Sinfonia Varsovia, Polish Radio Symphony Orchestra, and NOSPR, singing under Michał Klauza, Alexander Liebreich, Jerzy Maksymiuk, Marcin Sompoliński, Tadeusz Kozłowski, Przemysław Neumann, Michiyoshi Inoue, and Patrick Fournillier. He has taken part in master classes led by Neil Schiccof, Eytan Pessen, Matthias Rexroth, Izabela Kłosińska, Urszula Kryger, Jerzy Marchwiński, Gerd Uecker, and Sergiei Leiferkus.
