The auditions will take place on 6 and 7 March 2020 from noon to 5 p.m. at the Moniuszko Auditorium of the Teatr Wielki. Candidates will sing one obligatory aria (see the list below) and one aria from their opera repertoire. In the event that more than one aria assigned to a role, please prepare all the arias.
Please apply on 29 February 2020 at the latest to castingon@teatrwielki.pl.
The application should include:
- CV with a headshot (The CV should include the personal data consent clause downloadable below)
- show description of your professional experience,
- repertoire list,
- indication which obligatory and discretionary aria you will sing.
Please acquaint yourself with the information about the processing of your personal data downloadable below.
Selected candidates will be informed about the time and date of their audition by e-mail. The Polish National Opera reserves the right to reply to selected applications only.
A pianist will be at your disposal during the audition. Please bring the necessary sheet music in hardcopy.
By taking part in the audition you consent to the video recording of your performance (solely for the purposes of the selection process).
