Tickets may be returned until 30 June in accordance with the provisions below:
- if you bought your ticket at the box office, the refund will be missed at the box office (you will be asked to present the ticket along with the receipt or invoice)
- if you paid for your ticket by bank transfer, the refund will be issued by bank transfer
- if you paid for your ticket online, the refund will be issued at the box office or by bank transfer
Our box offices are open Monday–Friday from 9 am to 7 pm, Saturdays and Sundays from 11 am to 7 pm.

A ticket for a cancelled performance does not entitle the holder to enter any other event on the same or a different date.
