Ticket Refunds: Online tickets
Tickets for the performance on 24 March 2019 must be returned until 25 May 2019. Tickets for the performance on 26 March must be returned until 26 May 2019. Tickets for the performance on 29 March must be returned until 29 May 2019.
1. Cash
If you'd prefer to receive the refund by cash, please visit our box office in person. When making the return, you will be asked to present the ticket in hardcopy. The box office is open from 9 am to 7 pm on Monday–Friday, and from 11 am to 7 pm Saturdays and Sundays.
2. Bank transfer
If you'd prefer to receive the refund by bank transfer, please send the details below to: zwrot@teatrwielki.pl, attaching the ticket in PDF form.
