The collections available on the platform have been furnished by Google in association with over 60 leading culture institutions from 20 different countries. Apart from the Teatr Wielki – Polish National Opera, Poland is represented by the National Audiovisual Institute and the Teatre Institute.
Thanks to the Street View technology, you may tour our building, which celebrates 50th anniversary of its reconstruction after WWII this year. Apart from the generally accessible areas, you may also step on the largest European theatre stage. On the platform you will also find over 140 archive photos documenting the laborious process of the Teatr Wielki's reconstruction after wartime destruction.
