The Met: Live in HD are transmissions of opera performances from the Metropolitan Opera in New york. The first presentation in the 2016/2017 season, to be shown live across 24 cinemas in Poland, will be Mariusz Treliński's production of Tristan und Isolde by Richard Wagner conducted by Sir Simon Rattle. The transmission will be the 100th in the project's history and consequently will be screened in as many as 70 countries around the globe.
