Dear Audience Members,
In line with the latest government restrictions issued on 15 and 16 December, we must reduce audience capacity from 50% to 30%. The limit does not apply to holders of valid Covid certificates.
Because we are determined to welcome as many persons to our performances as possible, we are offering special tickets for Covid certificate holders.
The 30% capacity limit does not apply to persons who will present one of the four documents when entering the opera house:
- EU digital Covid certificate
- proof of Covid vaccination
- proof of negative Covid test showing that you have taken a NAAT or rapid antigen test included on the common and updated list of Covid-19 rapid antigen tests that are considered appropriate for use based on Council Recommendation of 20 January 2021, conducted by trained healthcare personnel or other trained operators in the Member State that issued the certificate. The certificate has to state the kind of test used, its date, and result. The test is valid for 24 hours.
- proof of recovery showing that you have recovered after being previously infected with Covid-19 as confirmed by a positive NAAT result conducted by trained healthcare personnel or other trained operators.
Audience members who fail to present one of the above documents on their arrival to the opera house will not be admitted to the event and will be unable to claim a refund.
If you bought one of the tickets for Covid certificate holders, please take your certificate with you to the opera house (in hardcopy or digital form). Please be reminded that your mouth and nose must be covered at all times while at the opera house. Thank you for your understanding.
To be admitted to an event, every audience member must submit a health declaration online (not earlier than 48 hours before the curtain-up) or in hardcopy (when entering the opera house). Please consider submitting the declaration online to save time on your arrival. The requirement to submit a health declaration applies to everybody.
