The Grand Freedom Gala is an annual event held to commemorate the anniversary of Poland's 1989 Parliamentary elections that resulted in the communist government losing power and was instrumental for the development of Polish enterpreneurship. The annual gala has been held for over 20 years and is a celebration of Polish entrepereurs, local government officials, academics, and cultural figures.
This year's event took place on Saturday, 30 November 2024 and recognised leading figures in business, culture, science, medicine, the media, and politics who made good use of the last 35 years of eceonomic freedom in Poland and helped transform the country into the trusted international partner it is today. Award recipients included Poland's biggest brands, industry leaders, local authorities, managers and personalities who inspire others.
The ceremony was organised by the Polish Federation of Entrepreneurs and Employers, the National Institute of Business Development, and the Mazovia Trade, Industry and Services Association.
