The Polish National Opera marks the World Diabetes Day on 14 November by offering its audience members an opportunity to take a quick and free test to check their glucose level. Just head to the screening bus of the European Diabetic Clinic Foundation parked outside of the opera house. The tests will be performed between 5 and 11 p.m.
Diabetes is not a disease that will simply go away. It is also a disease you can learn to fully manage with appropriate treatment, diet, and active lifestyle. Kristóf Szabó, Soloist of the Polish National Ballet and Ambassador of the Najsłodsi Foundation, is a stellar example of that. He performs in Anna Hop’s Exodus. On this special day, in a show of support to Kristóf, we will lit our building blue, the colour of the World Diabetes Day.
