Ticket policy in the 2025/26 season
PERFORMANCE CANCELLATIONS:
- In the event of event cancellation, refunds for tickets purchased online (e-tickets) and paid for using the PayU system are automatically made to the Buyer's account: you do not need to contact the Ticket Service to receive a refund for a cancelled show. The refunds are made within 30 days of the orginal performance date.
- Refunds for tickets purchased at the Box Office and paid for in cash or by card can be obtained: (1) in person at the Box Office or (2) remotely by submitting the online ticket refund request form, in which case the refund will be made to the bank account provided in the form.
TICKET RETURNS:
- No refunds are made on the performance date.
- You may request a ticket refund up until 3 days before the performance date (not counting the day when the request is made and the day of the show) either online (>>> Ticket refund request form) or at the physical Box Office.
- After the three-day mark but before the day of the show, refunds will be made to prepaid cards only, which you may request online (prepaid card request form) or at the physical Box Office.
- Refunds for tickets bought on the first day of sale (10 June 2025) are made to prepaid cards only.
- To request a refund for an e-ticket or exchange a concession e-ticket to a full-price ticket at the Box Office, you must present a printout of the ticket.
- You can request a refund for a group booking:
up until 3 days if you want a refund for 15–20 tickets
up until 7 days if you want a refund for 21–25 tickets
up until 10 days if you want a refund for more than 26 tickets
You cannot request a refund if this would reduce the number of booked tickets to less than 15. - No refunds are made on the performance date.
