Auditions to the OPERA ACADEMY Young Talents Development Programme will be held on 29 June 2026 in Teatr Wielki – Polish National Opera

8.06.2026 the list of candidates qualified for phase II (on-site auditions at Teatr Wielki – Polish National Opera) is published
29.06.2026 phase II – on-site auditions at Teatr Wielki – Polish National Opera
30.06.2026 phase III – individual consultations with the Opera Academy pedagogues
Applications should be submitted electronically at: aoperowa@teatrwielki.pl
In the email please provide links to the videos of at least two pieces performed by the candidate (recorded no earlier than 6 months before the application date, 4-10 minutes in length, with no cuts within a piece).
The application must include:
- a completed electronic application form,
- the candidate’s biography,
- a photo of the candidate,
- written approval from the candidate’s vocal coach confirming consent to join the Opera Academy (in the case of music academy students).
The recorded pieces may also be performed during the on-site phase of the auditions.
All candidates qualified for phase II are required to pay a registration fee of 120 PLN. The fee must be paid by 10.06.2026, and the confirmation of payment should be sent to: aoperowa@teatrwielki.pl

Candidates qualified for phase II should prepare:
-1 classical aria
-1 aria in a style of choice (we recommend choosing pieces in contrasting styles)
