NEW SEATING PLAN
TICKET PRICES IN THE 2026/27 SEASON
We have updated our ticket prices to reflect the new seating plan. This is the first pricing adjustment we have made in the last seven years. It is designed to maintain high artistic standards and support the Opera’s ambitious development plans. We are committed to ensuring broad accessibility, which is why the prices of the cheapest tickets remain unchanged, and our system of concessions and discounts will continue to apply.
TICKET REFUNDS
We realise that planning your whole opera season in advance requires a great amount of flexibility. That is why we are introducing a more favourable ticket refund policy. Until now, refunds for tickets purchased on the first day of sales could only be credited to our Prepaid Card.
Now, tickets purchased with the special 50% concession and on the first day of sales will be refunded up to three days before the event to the original method of payment (cash, card, bank transfer, Prepaid Card).
You can request a refund online, using a Ticket Refund Request Form or Prepaid Card Refund Request Form available on our website, or in person at the physical Box Office (in which case, you will need to present the receipt or VAT invoice).
You may request a refund for an individual ticket (regardless of the method of payment or if it was bought online or physically) up until 3 days before the performance date (not counting the day when the request is made and the day of the show). After the three-day mark but before the day of the show, refunds will be made to Prepaid Cards only.
No refunds are made on the performance date.
