- enoa – the European Network of Opera Academies which brings together cultural institutions from a dozen or so countries and was co-founded by the Teatr Wielki – Polish National Opera in 2010, is an important platform for the Opera Academy’s development. The Teatr Wielki organizes master classes within enoa, recommends the Opera Academy’s students for workshops held by the partner institutions, and finances their participation in these projects.
- enoa is a long-term international programme of collaboration between cultural institutions whose common objective is to take part in shaping opera of the future – and also to lay strong foundations on which it can function. Several dozen international workshops for young artists have been held in the programme so far, and opera productions have been presented in many cities around Europe.
- In April 2016 enoa received funding from the European Union for another four years, which opens a new chapter in its activity, dedicated first and foremost to fostering creativity: providing young opera professionals with the space and conditions that will help them carry out their projects.
