Maciej Mikołajczyk studied acting at the Academy of Dramatic Arts in Warsaw. He made his debut in 2007 in mp3, a musical play directed by Mariusz Benoit at Teatr Montownia. In 2007–2011 he was associated with the Polski Theatre, Warsaw, where he played Konrad in Wyspiański's Wyzwolenie (Liberation; directed by Wawrzyniec Kostrzewski), Wacław in Fredro's Revenge (Zemsta; directed by Jarosław Kilian), Nikolai in Galin's Stars in The Morning Star (directed by Andrzej Pieczyński), and Sculptor in Szaniawski's Żeglarz (Sailor; directed by Jerzy Klesyk). Film credits include: Lincz (Lynch; as Marcin Grad) and Karbala (diected by Krzysztof Łukaszewicz), Generał Nil (General Nil; as Adjutant Wiesiek, directed by Ryszard Bugajski), as well as appearances in Dzień kobiet (Women's Day; directed by Maria Sadowska), W ukryciu (Under Cover; directed by Jan Kidawa-Błoński), Bilet na księżyc (A Ticket to the Moon; directed by Jacek Bromski). He played in the following TV series: Glina (A Cop; directed by Władysław Pasikowski), Strażacy (The Fire Brigade; directed by Maciej Dejczer), in the award-winning Wataha (The Pack; as Piotr 'Rambo' Wójcik (direteced by Michał Gazda, Kasia Adamik, Jan P. Matuszyński).
