Rafał Siwek has made his name as an excellent Verdi interpreter. Oratorios hold a special place in his repertoire, among them Mozart's Requiem and Verdi's Messa da Requiem, which he has performed in Milan, Venice, Casablanca, Busseto, Assisi, Cagliari, on tour in Spain, and in Jerusalem.
He has recorded numerous CDs and DVDs of performances and concerts, including: Verdi's Messa da Requiem under the baton of Zubin Mehta for TDK and for Medici Arts with Lorin Maazel; Puccini's Edgar alongside Plácida Domingo for Deutsche Grammophon, Luiza Miller for Unitel, Beethoven's Symphony No. 9 under Lorin Maazel for Kultur, Norma for Hardy Classic, Nabucco and Don Giovanni at the Arena di Verona for BelAir Classiques, and recordings of operas, oratorios and cantata works by Polish composers (Moniuszko, Penderecki, Nowowiejski, Kilar).
