Vladislav Goray graduated from the Vinnitsa State Pedagogical University, Faculty of Musical Pedagogy with a bachelor's degree in piano, voice and conducting and the Odessa National A. V. Nezhdanova Academy of Music, Department of Solo Singing, having studied under Professor Nikolai Ogrenich. He is a prize-winner of the national competition of chamber music in Khmelnytskyi and the international singing competition in Karlovy Vary. He has been a soloist with the Odessa Opera and Ballet Theatre since 1993. From 2000 to 2003 he worked with the Constanta Opera House (Teatrul Liric Constanta, Romania).
His operatic repertoire includes up to 20 roles including: Count Almaviva in Rossini’s The Barber of Seville, Edgardo in Donizetti’s Lucia di Lammermoor, the Duke in Rigoletto and Alfredo in La traviata by Verdi, Rodolfo in Puccini’s La bohème, Vladimir Igorevich in Borodin’s Prince Igor.
Vladislav Goray toured many cities of Great Britain, taking part in the productions of Rigoletto and La traviata at the Royal Albert Hall in London. He performed in Spain (including the Teatro Monumental, Madrid), took part in international opera projects in Rome, Lyon, Strasbourg, Paris, Amsterdam, Zurich, Brussels, Lisbon, Kishinev, Moscow, and Almaty. The singer has performed in concerts in Israel since 2005. In 2007 he participated in a gala concert bringing together international opera and ballet stars in Kishinev titled Maria Biesu Invites. He toured the USA, Canada, Italy and China within the project Three tenors from the Holy Land. In 2008 he performed famous opera arias and Neapolitan songs in an open-air concert with the Columbia Symphony Orchestra in front of an audience of 40 000 people in Israel. He also appeared on TV shows in Ukraine, Russia, Israel, Romania, Moldavia, Spain, the USA and Canada.
