Preceding the premiere of Richard Strauss's Salome at the Teatr Wielki, the director of the production, Mariusz Treliński will meet the audience on Sunday, 20 March at the Main Foyer of the Warsaw opera house.
The meeting will also see the launch of a new book published by the Teatr Wielki, containing Gustav Flaubert's Herodias, Oscar Wilde's Salome, and the libretto of Strauss's opera. The book has been illustrated by Andrzej Dudziński.
Also in attendence will be the book's translator, Antoni Libera.
