All events cancelled until 17 January

Dear Audience Members,

Following the decision of the Polish government to impose a nationwide lockdown until 17 January 2021, we have cancelled all events scheduled until that date.

Christmas cheer online

To brighten your festive season in these unusual circumstances, we have put together a special programme of online broadcasts, including an opera performance, chamber concerts, a New Year's Eve Gala, and a New Year ballet gala. We hope we can bring joy and merriment to you and your loved ones over Christmas and New Year.

Ticket refunds:

• Refunds on tickets purchased online will be automatically credited to your account, which means you do not need to contact us or e-mail us copies of your tickets to get the refund. There is a possibility to get a refund to a prepaid card – if you are interested, please fill in and submit the prepaid card request formuntil 22December. We ask for your patience: the refunds will be made successively after this date. The money will be credited to the account which was used to make the original payment within 30 days of the performance date.

• To obtain a refund on tickets purchased at the physical Box Office, please fill in and submit the ticket refund request form or prepaid card request form. You can also get the refund in person at the Box Office - will be made in cash, to a credit card or to a prepaid card, depending on your preference.

• If your have already exchanged a voucher for a ticket for any of the cancelled performances, you will be entitled to swap it for a ticket to any of our performances in the 2020/21 season.
