Dressers
An artist's dressing room is his or her castle. The only people who can freely access these spaces are dressers. Their task is to check that all costumes and props are in place. But they have to do more than that. They have to act as psychologists, have a sense of humour and be well mannered; they are the ones who are confronted with artists' emotions before anybody else. They witness the joy of success and calm any anxiety or stress. Sometimes they have to diffuse tension with a good joke. They are masters of spatial organisation and emotional support.
