The stellar promotions of Yuka Ebihara, Dawid Trzensimiech, Maksim Woitiul, and Vladimir Yaroshenko are hardly surprising as the dancers have long distinguished themselves among the rest First Soloists. We all know, appreciate, and admire them on a daily basis as they perform the main roles in our grand ballet repertoire: they have an unparalleled record in dancing leading parts on our stage. They are the pride of our company, audience's favourites, and a magnet for new ballet lovers. Their performances never fail to leave a lasting impression.
Equivalent titles are in use in the world's top ballet companies: Paris Opera Ballet (Danseurs Etoiles), Moscow's Bolshoi Ballet and St. Petersburg's Mariinsky Ballet (Балерины and Премьеры), American Ballet Theatre (Principal Dancers), New York City Ballet, and London's Royal Ballet (Principals). The promotions place leading artists of the Polish National Ballet in the highest echelon of international ballet dances.
Congratulations to the newly promoted PNB stars! (pch)
